							XS-HTTPD 2.3 INSTALLATION GUIDE

    I  have  made installation  instructions and other information
available  in  HTML  only.   Please enter the  `doc' directory and
look  at  `index.html' with  your favorite browser.  If you do not
have  a  WWW  browser  available, I've formatted  the documents as
text  files  as  well.   In  this  case,  please read `index.txt',
`cgi.txt' and `ssi.txt' in the `doc' directory.
    NOTE: Since version 2.3, the location of the `xs-counter.data'
file  has  changed  from  the  `cgi-bin'  directory to  the `logs'
directory.  The `Makefile' will automatically move the file to its
new location if you have it.
