INI file (conversion table):
============================
* all character numbers have zero based values (MTKReMaker shows 1 based values)
* values can start with '0x' or '$' this case the value is a hex value
* if a font character value is not entered than it has the same unicode value (Eg. 0..255 in philips)
* [xxxx] must be unique numbers
* codepage can be definied with a file that must be in UNICODE LITTLE ENDIAN format started with 0xFEFF Unicode BOM
Export/Import BMP file format:
==============================
* must be 8bit indexed colors (256 colors) format
* bmp_color_index #0 .. bmp_color_index #3 will be mediatek_color_index #0 .. mediatek_color_index #3
* every character must be separated with bmp_color_index #255 after its definition
* !!! the separation line topmost pixel will be the default_mediatek_color_index for the character !!!
