用ffmpeg解码h264视频文件，并且将解码出来的每帧图像用opencv封装进行显示。使用时须配置好ffmpeg和opencv，然后将自己的h264文件名称修改为1.h264 并将其置于当前目录即可运行（可作为2次开发的参考）
