Make sure you to migrate your DB: `heroku rake db:migrate`

Once you create and startup the application on Heroku, you need to use Typus to create a new `foo`
and enter a string into the `bar` field. Once it's created, you can then use `heroku db:pull` to
bring the database down to your development environment
