LZW法の変形+RangeCoderを使用したデータ圧縮ソフト

「Goluah!」の圧縮形式として使おうと思って高校の頃作った、ひどいソースの代物。
TODOリストを見るに、何やらゴテゴテと機能追加するつもりだったようだが、
問題点の修正を施せば、今のままでも十分実用化が可能だと思うので、
リファクタリング・バグ（というか変な仕様）修正・高速化を中心に
改善していく予定。

一体何を作る気だったんだ・・・

特性としてはテキスト形式の圧縮に強いです。
