由于我使用的TSP线路不支持媒体流，也不支持MSP，为了实现answer machine的功能，也就是播放及录音，参考了temp77的API层实现语音播放录制。
由于指定了打开的线路，所以具体使用的时候还需要根据本地连接的硬件设备另外选择线路打开。
