A: It's ADA Consultants Inc. from Quebec City, Canada. Q: Why another CMS ? A: Because at the time we started this project, we couldn't find any CMS that fitted our need. We wanted it to be simple and to be multilingual. Q: What's the meaning of Tuuti ? A: Tuuti is a word in Wolof that means "a little" or "small".
