Introduction

- Layers describe WMS and OSM layers.

- Layers can be ordened in LayerFolder.

- Workspaces store your own stack of layers.

- Layers can be filled using sync_layers_with_wmsserver.

  have different action types.

- Lizard-security enabled.

- Provide API for LayerFolder (called AppLayerTreeView)

- Lizard-history enabled: add lizard_workspace / layerworkspace and
  lizard_workspace / layercollage to lizard_history.monitoredmodel.
