This is my transcription of the melody played by the accordion in a 1928 cajun recording by Cleoma Breaux and Joe Falcon. Cleoma on lead vocal and guitar, Joe on according and spoken asides between verses. Original issue Columbia 14301D(146908). Get it nowadays on "Anthology of American Folk Music."
