DDoS Testing Tools

hoic.rb is an attempt to clone HOIC functionality and signatures in a
portable, command-line format.  Referencing HOIC source code, I've
attempted to duplicate all of it's strange behavior in order to more
easily test an IDS's ability to detect it.

hoic.bro is a Bro IDS policy file for detecting HOIC attacks and requires
the hoic.sig file.
