Visualize (HTML5) plasma concentration time curve based on dose and concentrations. Calculated PK parameters enable to personalize drug dose. 

##Quick start
Use the following link to take a test drive.

##Use case
The patient receives a substance, which should be monitored. Plasma concentrations of the substance is measured and can be compared to, what would be expected in the normal population. The personalized PK parameters can then be used to predict the plasma concentration time curve based on the dose adjustment. 

    

  1. Input dose regimen
    2. 

  2. Input population based PK parameters
    3. 

  3. Input at least one plasma concentration
    4. 

  4. Compare the calculated values V and t1/2 to the average population
    5. 

  5. Replace population parameters by calculated values
    6. 

  6. Adjust the dose to fit the intended plasma concentration
    7.
