资源说明：Key Points and suggestion (or decision):
1. Migration/Upgrade route (one step or two step?)
- If customer decide to migrate to HP-UX platform, it’s homogeneous system migration, HP suggest combining migration and upgrade in one step.
- If customer decide to migration to Windows platform, it’s heterogeneous system migration, HP suggest migrating to new platform first then upgrade to new version (run two project)
2. The target platform and database (HP-UX/Oracle, Windows/Oracle, Windows/Linux?)
- Still not decided, will do analysis and ask for management team decision
3. Migration Reference
- HP has the reference of migration SAP system from UNIX to Windows ( Have shown the reference to customer)
4. Load Balance of Application server
- As a temporary solution: Customer want to add PC servers as application server to improve system performance, the servers will be put logon group to achieve load balance.
5. Client Management policy
- The current development system include 3 client, one for customization, one for development and one for unit test. HP suggest combine the three client to one client. ( still not decided)
