1) Install Unity
2) After the installation is complete, do not run Unity.
Run the patch file instead.
3) You have to locate the unity folder to patch the
unity application.
An example of the "unity folder" could be :
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Unity\Editor"
4) Select the version of the unity you want to patch by
using the dropdown menu at the bottom.
5) Click the "rand" button to get a random key.
6) Click the "Patch" button to patch unity to work with
the unity application.
7) Click the "Cre Lic" button to create the licence file
in the unity folder.
8) Disconnect from internet to prevent unity's
first launch to connect to the activation server.
9) Unity should say it cannot connect to the connection
server, and this is when you choose "manual activation".
10) Read the created licence key from the patcher. The
licence file should be called something like:
"Unity_v4.x.ulf" and located in the unity folder
together with the unity application.
11) You can now run unity application and turn the internet back on.

Win7 :
C:\ProgramData\Unity
WinXP :
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Program Data\Unity
