Testing insert VALUES()
Time to insert_many_fields(1000):  2 secs ( 0.37 usr  0.17 sys =  0.54 cpu)
Testing insert (all_fields) VALUES()
Time to insert_many_fields(1000):  2 secs ( 0.06 usr  0.08 sys =  0.14 cpu)
Total time: 17 secs ( 3.29 usr  6.92 sys = 10.21 cpu)
